Job summary

WestCare Foundation, Inc. is seeking a Payroll, Insurance and Benefits Specialist in Henderson, NV to support the Payroll and Insurance Department.

The role handles semi-monthly payroll, maintains benefits records, and communicates with employees, providers and internal teams. Primary duties include supporting open enrollment, processing garnishments, and assisting with onboarding and offboarding related to payroll and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior payroll or benefits experience preferred.
• Strong Excel experience and ability to manage data in HRIS/ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing, reviewing, and verifying semi-monthly payroll for accuracy and completeness.
• Help resolve employee payroll and benefits inquiries and escalate complex issues as needed.
• Assist with reporting and auditing within the payroll and benefits departments.
• Assist with routine payroll, insurance and benefit duties between payrolls.
• Answering employee inquiries regarding Payroll and Benefits.
