Job summary

Nevada HAND is seeking a Benefits and HR Rewards Specialist to administer benefits, 401k coordination, leaves, wellness, total rewards, and HRIS programs for over 300 staff at our Las Vegas offices. You will work with the VP of Human Resources, handle ADP Workforce Now data entry, reporting, open enrollment, and compliance with ERISA and leave laws.

The role requires confidentiality, accuracy, and strong customer service.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; undergraduate degree preferred in HR, business administration, psychology, or related field.
3-5 years of experience in human resources, with direct experience in benefits administration, leave management, and HRIS.
Experience with HRIS systems required; ADP Workforce Now strongly preferred.
Experience Calculating & Tracking FMLA.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Smartsheet.
Bi-lingual in English and Spanish required.

Responsibilities

Administer HRIS and ADP Workforce Now processes including offboarding/end of employment.
Enter and maintain employee information in ADP related to new hires, status changes, transfers, pay changes, benefit coverage, and terminations.
Assist with onboarding from ATS into ADP and with performance management modules.
Support open enrollment planning and testing; maintain group benefits in ADP.
Run ADP reports and compile benefits and payroll analytics.
Coordinate leave-of-absence programs (FMLA, ADA, ACA, USERRA, WC) and related compliance.
