Job summary

vnbcareers is seeking a Business/Process Analyst to document requirements, map data flows, and assess impact across large banking transformation programs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and Operations to develop acceptance criteria and test scripts, while ensuring alignment with central PMO and external vendors.

The role requires 5+ years in banking/fintech analysis, strong knowledge of payments processing, and experience with Agile/Scrum, JIRA/Confluence, and document tools

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with minimum 5 years' experience in banking/fintech process analysis.
• Experience with payments landscape including RTP, Zelle, FedNow or similar.
• Familiar with Agile/Scrum and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Document business, functional, and non-functional requirements for current and future state.
• Create mapping documents and data flow diagrams for projects.
• Assess impact of changes on processes and interdependencies.
• Develop project acceptance criteria and test scripts with Operations.
• Collaborate with Central PMO to drive requirements across work streams within complex transformations.
