Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with marketing/communications focus; Master's preferred.
• Minimum of five years in payer/provider relations, network management, or related fields.
• Commercial health-plan experience or direct payer-facing work preferred.
• Experience with both provider and payer organizations is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of authorizations, referrals, networks, and payer issue resolution.
• Demonstrated sales/account development discipline with follow-up and messaging.

Responsibilities

• Manage frontline payer relationships with networks, UM, and case management leaders.
• Conduct consultative sales and account development activities across accounts.
• Educate on CNS value for high-cost neuro conditions and stroke care.
• Identify barriers to referrals and coordinate internal ownership for resolution.
• Build cross-functional links between payer contacts and CNS teams.
• Capture market feedback and report patterns to senior leadership.
• Increase qualified commercial referrals from payer accounts.
