Job summary

You will develop reporting tools to evaluate staff and system performance, collaborate with clinical and administrative stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement aligned with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years administrative experience with direct staff supervision.
• Strong communication skills for presentations and public speaking.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and databases and data analysis.
• Commitment to patient and employee satisfaction.
• Knowledge of patient scheduling workflows and electronic systems (Epic preferred).
• Ability to collaborate in a team, manage multiple projects, and exercise good judgment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee centralized scheduling and visit management for ambulatory access.
• Supervise and develop patient access staff to meet goals.
• Manage contact center operations (inbound/outbound scheduling).
• Implement performance metrics to improve efficiency and satisfaction.
• Lead system upgrades and workflow improvements with HCIS and clinical teams.
• Collaborate with departmental leadership to resolve scheduling issues.
