Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in supply chain or business administration.
• 3–5 years in parts distribution, ideally heavy/medium-duty or automotive.
• Strong inventory theory, data extraction and analytics background.
• Proficiency with software and Google applications required.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory control processes across branches and reports.
• Improve KPI metrics for inventory functionality.
• Process daily parts inventory orders for all locations.
• Review open POs and resolve discrepancies with branches and vendors.
• Manage vendor returns and inter-branch transfers of stock.
• Assist in vendor selection, negotiations and implementation.
• Collaborate with team to improve purchasing efficiency and metrics.
