Job summary

Glory in Carrollton, TX seeks a Parts & Planning Material Manager to lead the parts planning function, engage with suppliers, and align sourcing with service goals. You will drive efficiency, maintain inventory levels, and ensure timely fulfillment for North America Service.

The role requires a Bachelor's in logistics or related field and 3+ years supervisory experience or 5–7 years related experience, with strong Oracle JDE 9.2 proficiency and leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, business administration, or supply chain management.
• Three years supervisory experience in supply chain; or five to seven years related experience.
• ERP software experience, Oracle JDE 9.2 desired.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Directs supply chain activities to meet SLA requirements for North America Service.
• Lead and supervise Parts Planning and Forecasting teams.
• Collaborate with service managers to close operational gaps.
• Monitor budget and expenditures; recommend variances as needed.
• Travel as required and support continuous improvement initiatives.
