Job summary

Glory, a global leader in customer experience automation, is seeking a Warehouse Inventory Specialist in Carrollton, TX. You will maintain stock levels, process incoming parts, and coordinate with field teams to meet customer demand.

This role emphasizes accuracy, cost control, and timely fulfillment. Associates degree or equivalent experience, plus inventory control exposure, are preferred. Glory offers comprehensive benefits, a 401(k), medical plans, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or 3 years related experience.
• Ability to sit for extended periods.
• Experience in inventory control preferred.
• Attention to accuracy and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming parts and supply orders for field, partners, and customers.
• Verify system perpetual inventory against physical counts and investigate variances.
• Issue orders to meet customer requirements and manage safety stock levels.
• Coordinate with departmental managers to assess progress and discuss changes.
• Follow up on Defective Material Reports through to closure.
• Manage partner forecasts for Glory affiliates domestically and internationally.
• Liaise with purchasing to maintain order promise dates and expedite shipments.
• Establish good housekeeping and safety practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
