Job summary

Amgen seeks a Global Partnership Supply Manager to drive commercial expansion and optimize external collaborations. You will manage partner portfolios, oversee demand planning, pricing strategies, and product launches while ensuring compliance with contracts and regulatory requirements.

You will collaborate with PDTs and functions across the Amgen network to align supply, optimize processes, and deliver value to patients. Strong analytics and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with demand and supply planning, S&OP, forecasting, risk assessment, and product delivery in a regulated environment.
• Ability to interpret contractual, quality, and licensing terms in partnerships and supply agreements.
• Strong facilitation, negotiation, and presentation skills, including leading S&OP meetings and risk reporting.

Responsibilities

• Drive external collaborations and ensure efficient delivery of products to Amgen's partners.
• Lead cross-functional work with PDTs, coordinating commercial, finance, and supply chain teams.
• Identify optimization opportunities, standardize processes, and document improvements across partnerships.
