Zusammenfassung

Amgen seeks a Global Partnership Supply Manager to drive external collaborations and optimize supply for partner products. You will lead operations, standardize processes, and coordinate cross-functional teams including PDTs, Finance, and Quality to ensure timely, compliant delivery.

You will oversee S&OP for partners, manage risk, and provide strategic input on supply agreements, pricing, and data exchange using tools like Power BI and SAP.

Qualifikationen

• Basic qualifications include a Doctorate or Master’s with 2 years in business, engineering or supply chain.
• Alternative paths: Bachelor’s with 4 years, Associate’s with 8 years or HS diploma with 10 years in related fields.
• Experience in regulated environments and external partnerships is preferred.

• Lead external collaborations and manage a Partnership portfolio with responsibility for operations.
• Oversee process execution, drive standardization, and document improvements across partnerships.
• Provide supply chain guidance as a core PDT member and lead cross-functional collaboration.
• Coordinate demand, supply planning, and performance reviews with partner organizations.
• Engage Legal, Quality, Alliance Management to resolve issues and communicate risks to leadership.
