Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• 3-5 years in program management, operations, or executive support.

• Ability to lead with strategic thinking across campus partners.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic partner to the Dean and prioritize initiatives.
• Manage the Dean's calendar, scheduling, communications, and materials.
• Coordinate leadership meetings, planning sessions, and projects.
• Prepare presentations and executive briefing materials.
• Foster relationships with corporate, nonprofit, and academic partners.
• Lead major school events from planning to post‑event assessment.
