Job summary

Qualifications
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-through.
- Clear communicator able to coordinate across teams.
- Comfortable managing multiple invoices, deals and timelines.
- Curious about strategy and account management aspects.
- Proficient with Google Sheets, Excel and Asana.
Responsibilities
- Supply Deal Ownership: support product supply deals for New Business & Strategy and Account Management clients.
- Invoice Administration: own the invoicing process across departments from creation to payment.
- Product & Shipping Diligence: run specs, quality checks and shipping timelines for production.
- Cross-Team Support: assist New Business & Strategy and Account Management with admin and ops tasks.
