Job summary

Sony Music Entertainment is seeking a Coordinator, Digital Marketing & Artist Development to support the team in delivering music to fans. The role involves administrative support to the Artist Development Lead and day‑to‑day management of artist projects, requiring interaction with senior management and external contacts.

You will assist with campaigns, social media, asset coordination, and event marketing while growing artist engagement and managing schedules and budgets.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing marketing or digital plans.
• Ability to manage multiple artist projects and meeting notes.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Artist Development Lead with executing digital marketing campaigns and administrative objectives for an assigned artist roster.
• Provide marketing support by attending meetings and maintaining artist marketing plans (one sheets, decks, ads).
• Grow and analyze social networks and track consumer marketing results.
• Execute assets for digital advertising campaigns to reach target audiences.
• Create, schedule, and send email newsletters for the roster.
• Coordinate creative assets with internal and external teams and support fan engagement strategies.
• Assist with budgets, purchase orders, and invoice processing.
• Contribute to artist development strategy across marketing, media, and digital platforms.
• Collaborate with teams to communicate about products, technologies, strategies, and opportunities.
• Coordinate, produce, and execute marketing events and campaigns.
