Job summary

Bass Pro Shops Base Camp in Springfield, MO seeks a Partnership Marketing Manager to lead the partnerships team and drive loyalty with key brand alliances. The role requires strong relationship management and cross-functional collaboration to support Bass Pro Shops, Cabela’s, and White River Marine Group brands.

The candidate will develop plans, manage internal processes, and communicate opportunities and risks to leadership, while maintaining high-quality documentation and ensuring program

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in marketing and partnerships or related role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee partnership marketing deliverables and team processes.
• Lead the partnership team and manage responsibilities related to partnerships.
• Communicate opportunities, risks, and status to leadership and stakeholders.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to maximize value with Bass Pro Shops partners.
• Build annual plans for marketing partnerships including strategy and budgets.
