You will manage a portfolio of partners, develop growth strategies, and collaborate with leadership to position Post University as the first choice for working professionals and their families seeking education.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3–5 years of proven B2B and B2C sales success.
• Demonstrated ability to grow and manage strategic, revenue‑producing relationships across multiple industries.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
• Strong organizational, reporting, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Account & Partner Management: Manage a Top 25 Partner List and be primary sales/relationship manager for assigned accounts.
• Strategic Outreach & Growth: Develop growth strategies to support enrollment and start goals and promote programs at partner facilities.
• Business Development & Prospecting: Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline and use consultative selling to uncover partner challenges.
• Performance & Reporting: Track enrollment/start metrics, report on funnel performance, and maintain CRM data in line with policies.
