Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience in business or partnership development.
• Experience working with businesses and schools to create internships and job-shadow opportunities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead ElevateEdAZ Team efforts to establish and maintain relationships with businesses to provide internships, job shadows, and career awareness opportunities.
• Meet with current and potential business partners to generate internship and job shadow opportunities for ElevateEdAZ partner schools.
• Coordinate employer onboarding events, meetings, and training to ensure partners are prepared and have a quality experience.
• Develop and refine structures and processes associated with business engagement.
• Serve as an account manager ensuring activities related to business engagement are recorded in the CRM tool timely and accurately.
• Collaborate with Chamber, Foundation, and ElevateEdAZ staff to coordinate outreach and match businesses with opportunities at local schools.
• Attend internal and external events to increase awareness and engagement.
• Support Business Advisory Councils, ensuring attendance and leading meetings as assigned.
• Submit marketing requests to reflect changes on ElevateEdAZ website, presentations, and collateral.
• Prepare reports associated with KPIs, annual reports, and grant reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
