Are you a driven, sales-focused individual with experience in the audio or media industry? At Audacy, we are seeking a motivated Manager of Strategic Partnerships to join our dynamic sales team and help our clients achieve success through innovative, multi-platform advertising solutions.

The anticipated starting salary range for individuals expressing interest in this position is $75K base salary plus bonus potential of $50K. Salary will be determined by experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, location, and internal/external equity.

Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
  • Develop New Business: Focus on proactively generating new clients and building long-lasting relationships with local, regional, and national decision-makers.
  • Create Winning Campaigns: Design custom, multi-channel advertising campaigns using audio, digital, and events to help clients succeed.
  • Expand Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client partnerships, ensuring client satisfaction and growth.
  • Exceed Sales Goals: Meet and exceed sales objectives while ensuring clients’ needs are met throughout the campaign lifecycle.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Provide feedback to internal teams, helping refine offerings and positioning.
  • Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep up with emerging digital trends and technologies to provide innovative solutions.
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For:
  • 1-5 years of media sales experience, preferably in digital & audio
  • At least 1-2 years of digital sales experience with a strong track record
  • Strong understanding of digital, audio, and interactive marketing
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Creative, goal-oriented mindset with innovative solutions
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Google Suite, and social media ad platforms
  • Reside in Nashville, Salt Lake City, Omaha, Birmingham, or Cincinnati
  • Valid driver’s license, satisfactory motor vehicle record, and proof of insurance if using own vehicle
