Job summary

Google LLC is seeking a Principal, Strategic Partnerships Lead for Modular Data Center Infrastructure. You will architect and negotiate globally, leading partnerships across modular manufacturing and industrial providers to scale data center delivery.

In this executive IC role, you will partner with C-suite leaders, coordinate across Engineering, Finance, and Legal, and drive multi-year agreements from origination to approval, delivering strategic capability at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 15 years of experience in strategic business development or related partnerships.
• 15 years of experience originating, structuring, closing multi-year commercial transactions.
• 15 years of experience leading negotiations with C-suite executives.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute a multi-year partnership strategy to enable industrialize data center delivery.
• Create commercial structures tailored to modular manufacturing.
• Lead global market analyses across Americas, EMEA, APAC.
• Act as Google's primary negotiator in talks with CEOs, CFOs, COOs of major manufacturers.
• Assemble and direct cross-functional teams to drive milestones from origination to signature.
