The role requires strong analytical skills, contract fluency, and executive communication to navigate complex partner dynamics and deliver customer-centric financial solutions.

Qualifikationen

• 5-7+ years of business development or strategic partner management in payments, fintech, or financial services.
• 3+ years of direct experience within consumer credit card, co-branded financial products, or consumer lending ecosystems.
• Governance models, or enterprise-level platform transitions.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.

• Partner Management: serve as the commercial lead for critical partners with scorecards and escalations.
• Commercial Engagement: optimize terms and operating models alongside product roadmap and priorities.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: align partner requirements with product roadmap and growth initiatives.
• Investigations: contribute to partner assessments for new features and priorities.
