The Center for Asian American Media (CAAM) seeks a Strategic Partnerships Manager with strong fundraising experience to build corporate, grantmaking, and individual donor relationships. You will craft sponsorship opportunities, manage donor benefits, and coordinate with program teams to align partnerships with CAAM’s mission.

The role requires excellent organizational and networking skills, the ability to manage multiple projects, and attention to detail.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
• Minimum of 3 years of fundraising experience with demonstrated success.
• Experience in sponsorship solicitation and corporate, grantmaking, and individual donor relations.
• Strong writing, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Formulate year-round sponsorship and marketing opportunities to increase CAAM's visibility and impact.
• Develop and implement a broad annual fundraising strategy with the Executive Director and Director of Development.
• Identify, solicit, and manage corporate sponsorships, grants, and individual donations for various programs and projects.
• Maintain a portfolio of donors with capacity to give up to $25,000.
• Prepare proposals and negotiate sponsorship arrangements and benefits.
