Qualifications

• Experience with capital markets / structured finance transactions.
• Cash flow analysis and modeling experience.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Structure loan sale and partnership transactions; prepare cash flow and waterfall analyses.
• Monitor investor reporting and prepare board materials.
• Develop funding structures and interpret model results.
• Engage with lenders, private credit investors, and banks.
• Prepare executive readymaterials for periodic updates.
• Forecasting, budgeting inputs, and variance analysis.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to reflect funding needs.
• Support readiness for securitization processes.
