Job summary

SFUSD is seeking an Educational Policy Analyst to lead strategic partnerships and external resource development, coordinating cross-functional initiatives with Spark SF Public Schools and corporate partners. Qualifications

• Experience developing and managing strategic corporate partnerships
• Demonstrated success in business development, sponsorship solicitation, and relationship management
• Experience securing corporate sponsorships and philanthropic investments
• Experience preparing grant proposals, sponsorship proposals, executive presentations, and partnership agreements
• Ability to cultivate relationships with senior corporate executives, foundations, civic leaders, and community organizations
• Experience managing multiple complex projects involving internal and external stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Research and cultivate strategic relationships with corporate partners, foundations, and civic organizations
• Develop strategies to secure new partnerships, sponsorships, grants, and collaborative initiatives
• Represent SFUSD and Spark SF Public Schools in meetings with prospects and senior leaders
• Prepare high-quality grant and sponsorship proposals and related materials
• Lead sponsorship development for Spark's annual gala and other initiatives
• Coordinate proposal development with program staff, finance, and external partners
• Develop reports on program outcomes and stewardship of investments
• Maintain partnership documentation and reporting calendars
• Monitor compliance with grant requirements and partnership agreements
• Prepare executive summaries and funding recommendations for leadership
• Maintain Salesforce records to support partnership management
