Job summary

TD Securities is seeking a strategic Partnership Manager to advance our partnership strategy across Global Transaction Banking in New York. You will identify, evaluate, develop, and manage partnerships that enhance client solutions and drive value across liquidity, payments, trade finance, and cards.

The role requires a broad understanding of transaction banking products and market dynamics, with the ability to translate priorities into a coordinated partnership agenda and governance framework.

Qualifications

• 6-9 years of experience in transaction banking, strategic partnerships, product management, business development, fintech, or related roles.
• Broad knowledge of transaction banking and corporate treasury, with experience across liquidity and deposits, channels, payments, trade finance, and cards.
• Proven experience identifying, evaluating, negotiating, onboarding, and governing third-party partnerships in a regulated environment.
• Ability to translate product strategies into actionable partnership priorities and roadmaps.
• Strong commercial acumen, including business case development, pricing, contract negotiation, ROI assessment, and value realization.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across Product, Technology, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Operations, Finance, and Procurement.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain a partnership strategy aligned with Global Transaction Banking priorities and growth objectives.
• Identify where partnerships can expand capabilities and improve client outcomes across products.
• Translate product gaps into a prioritized partnership roadmap with ownership and measurable business value.
• Lead negotiations across commercial, technology, risk, and governance considerations and coordinate internal stakeholders.
• Oversee partnership governance and lifecycle from onboarding to performance review and renewal.
