Job summary

TD Securities is seeking a strategic Partnership Manager to advance the partnership agenda across Global Transaction Banking in New York. You will translate business priorities into structured partner roadmaps, collaborate with product leaders, and manage select external relationships to deliver value to clients.

The role requires deep knowledge of transaction banking products, strong stakeholder influence, and the ability to negotiate and govern complex partnerships across multiple product

Qualifications

• 6-9 years of experience in transaction banking, strategic partnerships, product management, business development, fintech, or related financial services roles.
• Broad knowledge of transaction banking and corporate treasury with experience across liquidity, channels, payments, trade finance, and cards.
• Strong commercial acumen including partnership economics, pricing, contractual negotiation, ROI assessment.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain a partnership strategy aligned with Global Transaction Banking priorities and growth objectives.
• Identify cross-product opportunities to expand capabilities and improve client outcomes across liquidity, payments, and channels.
• Assess and prioritize partnership opportunities with clear objectives, ownership, and measurable business value.
• Lead negotiations and governance across commercial, legal, risk, and operations.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders to move opportunities through TD's approval processes.
