Job summary

TD Securities in New York is seeking an Analyst, Transaction Banking Product Development to support delivery across Payables and Receivables portfolios. You will work with Product Managers and cross-functional partners to move initiatives from concept to implementation.

The role requires 3–5 years of Agile product delivery experience in Transaction Banking with a solid understanding of US and international payments landscapes, including ISO 20022 and SWIFT.

Qualifications

• University Degree with 3-5 years of Agile Product delivery and/or payments product experience in Transaction Banking, Correspondent Banking, Payments and/or Wholesale Banking.
• Strong knowledge of US, Canada, and international transaction banking landscape including ISO 20022, SWIFT, EFT/ACSS/ACH, and related payments tools.
• Ability to translate requirements between stakeholders to deliver business requirements, features, epics, and user stories.
• Excellent organization and prioritization in a dynamic environment with change management.
• Client-focused ability to consult with clients and Transaction Banking partners on enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Managers to support strategy, roadmap execution, and business cases.
• Gather, document, validate, and maintain requirements, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate sessions, reviews, walkthroughs, and stakeholder discussions; document decisions.
• Support testing, readiness assessments, and post-launch reviews.
• Prepare product documentation, forms, training content, and collateral.
• Perform market, client, competitor, regulatory, and operational analyses to guide prioritization.
