Job summary

CCSA is seeking a Vice President, Strategic Partnerships & Development to lead fundraising strategy and day-to-day operations from a remote location. You will partner with the President & CEO to manage major donor and foundation programs, develop proposals, and align fundraising initiatives across departments.

You will build the prospect pipeline, coordinate donor communications, and oversee systems to ensure disciplined execution and reporting.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success leading complex fundraising initiatives and donor programs.
• Ability to translate organizational priorities into compelling funding proposals and reports.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive fundraising strategies and donor engagement plans.
• Manage major donor and foundation prospect pipelines and communications.
• Lead grant development, reports, and donor-facing materials with high quality standards.
• Improve fundraising systems, calendars, databases, and reporting protocols.
• Collaborate across finance, communications, policy, and program teams to align fundraising efforts.
• Refine investment case messaging and donor narratives to attract funding.
• Support CCSA Advocates and organizational events with fundraising leadership.
• Establish cross‑functional processes and accountability for execution.
