Carnegie Mellon University is seeking a Development Associate in Industry Partnerships within University Advancement. This part-time role supports gift agreement administration, prospect operations, and data-driven analysis, coordinating corporate communications and engagement activities.

The position interfaces with Research and Gift Administration to ensure policy compliance and data integrity. The ideal candidate will be organized, analytical, and results-oriented, with experience in CRM

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required; 3–5 years of development experience preferred.
• Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills for executive materials.
• Experience with CRM systems and data analysis tools.

Responsabilidades

• Manage corporate gift agreements, assess contract and compliance risks.
• Support prospect operations, data integrity, and fundraising analytics.
• Develop dashboards and reports to inform fundraising strategy.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and coordinate partner engagement activities.
• Lead data-driven insights using Salesforce and BI tools.
