Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in asset management, wealth management, or distribution.
• Strong understanding of wealth management and advisory distribution channels.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills to assess platform structures, advisory segmentation, and opportunities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, urgency, and balance strategy with execution.
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and judgment.
• Bachelor’s degree; CFA/CAIA/MBA a plus.
• Experience supporting strategic relationships with large distribution partners.
• Exposure to cross-functional or enterprise-wide initiatives.
• Ability to build internal networks and mobilize resources.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own relationships with key contacts across priority partners.
• Partner with senior leaders to develop and execute strategies for platform access and commercial outcomes.
• Engage with platform research, product teams, and field leadership to position capabilities.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders across departments for consistent communication.
• Monitor platform developments, competitive dynamics, and client behavior for insights.
• Prepare briefing materials, frameworks, analyses, and meeting content for engagements.
• Navigate partner decision-making processes related to onboarding and distribution initiatives.
• Represent Lord Abbett at due diligence meetings, conferences, and platform events.
• Mobilize resources across Distribution, Investments, Product, and Marketing to advance priorities.
• Support business planning through analysis of relationship economics and growth opportunities.
• Contribute to enterprise-wide partner engagement initiatives.
