Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct deep credit analysis and help structure private credit investments.
• Underwrite investments and prepare credit memos.
• Monitor portfolio companies and assist portfolio management decisions.
• Coordinate with loan/private credit analysts for market context.
• Support broader private credit activities including capital markets.
• Manage multiple deal processes in a small team setting.
• Review credit documents such as loan agreements and amendments.
