Job summary

DEFTEC seeks a Contractor Support for Military Partnerships to advance NATO partnership strategy, policy, and analysis. You will coordinate with HQ SACT and partner nations, drafting materials and briefings for senior officers and supporting strategic engagement concepts.

Qualifications

• Active NATO Secret Security Clearance is required.
• Postgraduate degree (master's or higher) in international relations, security studies, or related field.
• Experience in foreign/international security, defense, or NATO-related work.
• Ability to briefing senior leaders and decision-makers (FOGOs or civilian equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Contribute to Partnerships Branch outputs, coordination, and battle rhythm for NATO partnerships.
• Prepare briefings, speaking notes, reports, and decision-support products for senior officers.
• Develop, review, and implement policies, directives, and concepts related to NATO partnerships.
• Support engagement opportunities with Partner Nations and international organizations.
