Job summary

DEFTEC Corporation seeks a Contractor Support for Military Partnerships to drive NATO partnerships objectives and to serve as a central coordinator among HQ SACT, ACO/SHAPE, NATO HQ, and partner nations. The role focuses on capability development, interoperability, and defense planning processes, including ITPP, PARP, and capacity building.

The candidate will analyze partner requirements, prepare briefing materials, and support senior leaders with decision-support products.

Qualifications

Active NATO Secret Security Clearance required.
Postgraduate degree in international relations, security studies, or related field.
Experience working in foreign/international security or defense affairs with NATO or related organizations.
Experience drafting for and briefing senior leaders/decision makers.

Responsibilities

Contribute to Partnerships Branch activities and battle rhythm for NATO partnership objectives.
Coordinate as HQ SACT central point of contact for partnerships with NATO and partner nations.
Develop and deliver briefings, point papers, speaking notes, and reports for senior personnel.
Support policy development, directives, and processes related to NATO partnerships.
Track ACT activities, programs, exercises, and engagement opportunities for Partners.
Ensure documentation and information-sharing comply with security and releasability requirements.
Assist with Key Leader Engagement preparation and execution, including talking points and follow-ups.
Travel up to 30 days per year for meetings, exercises, and engagements.
