Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in sourcing, commodity management, partner management, and supply chain management.
• Strong foundational knowledge of sourcing practices and advanced negotiation strategies.
• Validated knowledge of EMS, OEM and ODM supply base industry.
• Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical topics.
• Proactive use of AI to accelerate sourcing processes.

Responsibilities

• Act as a primary business partner to GMO, Product Operations, and Business Units, driving sourcing strategy and new business awards.
• Develop and manage strategic EMS, OEM, and ODM partnerships with alignment to roadmaps.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing strategies for Cisco product segments with cost optimization focus.
• Negotiate terms with partners, using Should Cost models and market intel for pricing and value.
• Drive continuous improvement in sourcing processes, including dual sourcing and product moves.
