Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Senior Manager to lead North America EMS materials planning. You will drive end-to-end supply, focus on two key Mexican EMS partners, and ensure seamless material flow to meet revenue targets. This role involves cross-functional collaboration with Demand Planning, Logistics, and ERP systems.

Candidates should have 10+ years in sourcing or planning, strong analytics, and experience managing EMS relationships. Travel is frequent to Mexico and Chicago for meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 10+ years in purchasing or supply chain planning.
• Experience leading end-to-end supply planning for a regional or global base.
• Proven ability to manage EMS relationships and cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end supply planning for the Mexico base; potential expansion to NA locations.
• Cultivate relationships with supply partners to ensure reliable material flow.
• Align supply plans with revenue targets and customer experience goals.
• Lead and develop a team of 2–3 direct reports and an extended team.
• Implement standardized planning frameworks and regional process improvements.
• Engage stakeholders and participate in strategic supply initiatives.
• Travel frequently to Reynosa, Guadalajara, and 2–4x yearly to Chicago.
