Job summary

Darktrace is seeking a Partner Technical Strategy and Ownership leader to shape the technical engagements with assigned partners and drive joint customer outcomes across acquisition, expansion and renewal.

You will enable partner SEs, coach on discovery and demonstrations, and translate customer requirements into measurable outcomes while designing scalable solutions across Darktrace's network, cloud, identity, and SOC workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience in solutions engineering or partner-facing roles in cybersecurity or SaaS.
• Ability to enable technical audiences and influence stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of networking and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience with SOC technologies and workflows (SIEM, SOAR, EDR, XDR).
• Ability to design solutions, deliver demonstrations, and guide evaluations.
• Excellent communication and business acumen.
• Ability to manage multiple partner and customer priorities with urgency.
• Understanding of AI technologies (LLM, ML, NLP).
• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred; relevant cloud/security certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own partner technical strategy and engagement.
• Deliver structured enablement across Darktrace capabilities and use cases.
• Coach Partner SEs to lead discovery, demonstrations, and technical validation.
• Create repeatable field guidance, workshops and technical assets.
• Assess partner readiness and establish development actions.
• Lead structured discovery aligned to MEDDPICC.
• Translate customer requirements into use cases, ROI and risk reduction.
• Architect scalable solutions across Darktrace platform capabilities.
• Design for hybrid, multicloud and existing security environments.
• Advise on deployments, integrations, performance and tradeoffs.
• Support demonstrations, evaluations and proofs of value.
• Collaborate with Sales, CS, PS, Support, Product and Engineering.
• Ensure clean technical handoffs from presales to deployment and expansion.
