Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years in a solutions architect/solutions engineer role with partner or customer-facing engagements.
Strong knowledge of networking and security technologies is required; cloud skills on AWS, Azure, or GCP are preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication with ability to convey complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

Train and enable partners to build knowledge of Alkira and Lumen solutions.
Collaborate with partners to develop customer networking and security solutions.
Create content (slides, videos, PDFs) for partner enablement.
Participate in events and webinars to evangelize joint Alkira-Lumen solutions.
Monitor industry innovations and provide competitive differentiation to partners.
Work with product, engineering, sales, and marketing to support partners.
Continuous self-learning through labs and documentation.
