Qualifications

• Five years of recruitment experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• A J.D. is preferred.
• Proven track record in legal recruitment.
• Strategic mindset with ability to align recruitment with the firm's plan.
• Strong understanding of the legal market.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to new environments.

Responsibilities

• Execute the firm's lateral partner recruiting strategy and assist in sourcing and recruiting top legal talent.
• Build strategic relationships with search firms nationally to advance recruiting strategies.
• Project manage proactive search activity and deliver related research materials.
• Create target lists and work with practice leaders to source and recruit candidates.
• Maintain market intelligence on competitive lateral activity and market trends.
• Serve as a liaison between recruiting and marketing to enhance collateral and candidate materials.
• Coordinate partner-level hiring efforts and candidate meetings.
• Coordinate candidate due diligence and oversee lifecycle of each partner-level recruitment.
• Travel as required for recruiter engagement and candidate events.
• Attend firm lateral events and practice group events.
