Job summary

SHI International Corp. seeks a Partner Program Manager to lead MDF sponsorship programs from development through execution.

You will establish fair market pricing, create sponsorship proposals, and manage timelines and inventory while coordinating with multiple stakeholders across SHI and partner ecosystems. You will collaborate with internal departments, ensuring successful program execution and real-time visibility of sponsorship status using Asana and SHI One.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead MDF sponsorship programs from development to execution.
• Create sponsorship proposals, timelines, and inventory management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Growth Marketing, Sales).
• Manage sponsorships in Asana with real-time visibility.
• Drive adoption of SHI One and other platforms for automation.
