Job summary

You will lead multi-region campaigns, manage MDF programs, and guide strategic partner engagement to grow the Intel-Microsoft collaboration across consumer, commercial, and data center segments.

The role requires strong leadership, analytics, and experience in global marketing programs, with travel at least quarterly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; 8+ years of relevant experience.
• 5+ years in a customer-facing role in a Global Sales or Marketing organization.
• Proven expertise in executing co-marketing programs and campaigns on a global scale.
• Proficiency in analyzing marketing metrics and generating actionable insights.
• Experience managing Market Development Funds (MDF) and partner relationships.
• Willingness to travel at least once per quarter.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the sales team to drive an integrated 4P GTM strategy.
• Drive alignment across sales and marketing teams for MDF investments.
• Collaborate with Microsoft global and regional teams to develop full-funnel marketing strategies.
• Lead a team of marketers to build co-branded campaigns and content.
• Direct multi-region and global co-marketing programs with partners and Intel's Industry Sales team.
• Oversee partner participation requirements for promotional activities.
• Evaluate new strategic opportunities with partners aligned to Intel's objectives.
• Monitor competitive partner marketing programs and channel trends.
• Ensure branding consistency across communications and content.
• Provide internal reporting and insights on partner marketing spend and ROI.
• Report KPIs to Sales and Marketing leadership and drive improvements.
• Inspire teams through goal setting and accountability.
