About the Role
We are seeking a Strategic Partner Manager in North America. You will be responsible for expanding and nurturing relationships with major partners such as Optiv or Guidepoint. Your role involves leading business development initiatives, driving joint go-to-market strategies, and supporting revenue growth through strategic alignment. The ideal candidate has experience in cybersecurity and a successful track record managing key channel partnerships. You will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to develop integrated solutions involving Endpoint, XDR/EDR, and Asset Management. This remote position is best suited for someone near a major airport and close to partner headquarters.

Accountabilities:

  1. Develop and execute strategic business and sales plans with key partners (Optiv or Guidepoint)
  2. Manage partner relationships to align on revenue goals, sales enablement, and marketing initiatives
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to integrate solutions into the partner ecosystem
  4. Act as the primary contact for partner communications, performance reviews, and growth strategies
  5. Support partner training, certification, and enablement programs
  6. Analyze partner performance data to provide insights for improvement
  7. Represent the company in partner meetings, events, and co-branded marketing activities

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in partner or channel sales within cybersecurity or IT
  • Deep understanding and established relationships with CDW and either Optiv or Guidepoint
  • Proven success in building joint business plans and marketing campaigns
  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity solutions including Endpoint, EDR/XDR, and Asset Management
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to influence cross-functional teams
  • Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working remotely in a fast-paced environment
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
