Job summary

New Profit seeks an Associate Partner to lead the Beacon Cohort within the PIE Initiative, driving strategy and operations to advance equity in postsecondary education and career pathways. You will foster learning among grantees, coordinate convenings, and broker access to resources, aligning program outcomes with funder expectations.

You will collaborate with Learn to Earn staff to shape strategy, craft research, and communicate insights to diverse stakeholders, including funders and grantees,

Qualifications

• Demonstrated passion and commitment to the PIE Initiative mission.
• Commitment to and experience leading initiatives focused on racial and socio-economic equity.
• Excellent listening skills; ability to translate insights into program design.
• Ability to foster community and collaboration among organizations and individuals.
• Ability to communicate with and influence a wide range of stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
• Experience and comfort with quantitative analysis.

Responsibilities

• Advance individual and collective learning among Beacon grantees.
• Design, plan, and lead execution of convenings that speak to grantees and funders.
• Broker access to New Profit resources to help grantees advance their work.
• Cultivate and facilitate a strong community that enables information sharing and collaboration.
• BuildBeacon grantees' capacity to collect and report outcomes data.
• Identify and manage outcomes measurement consultants to support grantees.
