Strategic Partner Development Manager

Location:Sunnyvale, CA

Duties/Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough market research to identify and qualify potential consulting firms and technology companies for strategic partnerships or OEM opportunities.
• Initiate and manage outreach campaigns to engage prospective partners, utilizing various channels such as email, social media, and industry events.
• Initiate partnership discussions with consulting and technology firms demonstrating interest in working with eGain.

Education and Experience

• Experience spearheading multi-channel outreach to identify and engage potential consulting and tech firm partners, building a qualified partner pipeline.
• MBA preferred.

Compensation

• The OTE range is $100,000 to $120,000 per year.
