Job summary

Google is seeking a Chrome Growth and Distribution Partnership Lead to drive product adoption and multi-platform reach. You will architect partnership models, expand access across desktop and mobile, and align with executive stakeholders to ensure high-leverage business terms.

You will manage end-to-end partnerships, including opportunity assessment, partner identification, strategy design, go-to-market launches, and post‑agreement performance reviews in a dynamic browser ecosystem.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7 years in BD, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking, or 5 years with advanced degree.
  • Experience in Consumer Electronics, Auto, OEMs, Telecom, E-Commerce/Retail, Apps, Ads, Gaming, or Technology.
  • Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience managing agreements or partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Own the strategic interface with executive Chrome PMs and engineering leads across cross-functional teams.
  • Develop, launch, optimize and scale high-impact distribution programs with OEMs, software developers, and strategic partners.
  • Advocate Chrome's value proposition to ecosystem participants and reinforce its benefits.
  • Direct the commercial negotiation and execution of complex distribution and promotion agreements with Legal and Finance input.
  • Lead the full lifecycle of partnerships—from opportunity to go-to-market and performance management.

This role may also be located in our Playa Vista, CA campus.

Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience presenting to and influencing c-level executives.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills, with a track record of securing favorable terms and building consensus.

As the Chrome Growth and Distribution Partnership Lead, you will be responsible for driving Chrome's product adoption, user engagement, and multi-platform reach across desktop and mobile environments. Operating in a dynamic and evolving browser ecosystem, this role will architect innovative partnership models, expand user access to Chrome and ensure high-performance web browsing experience across major platforms, reinforced by the strategic partnerships.

The Global Partnerships organization is responsible for exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. Google's Global Partnerships team works with a wide range of partners to bring the best of Google to power their business. The Global Partnerships team supports Google's own Product teams with essential partnerships to help Google's user experiences in advertising, Search, Assistant, Maps, Travel, Shopping, Payments and more. Teams create product-enabling partnerships, go-to-market strategies and incubate business growth for a variety of products.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $140000 - $203000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits
