Strategic Partner Account Manager

Extreme Networks is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Partner Account Manager to focus on partners in the AV, Broadcast, and Surveillance space. The successful candidate will leverage Extreme's strategic integrations and alliances to drive business growth, enhance partner relationships, and support the delivery of cutting-edge network solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Partner Relationship Management:
  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners in the AV, Broadcast, and Surveillance industries.
  2. Act as the primary point of contact for partners, providing support and guidance to ensure mutual success.
  3. Facilitate regular meetings and communication with partners to review performance, discuss opportunities, and address any challenges.
Business Development:
  1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and potential partners.
  2. Work closely with the regional channel sales, field sales and marketing teams to create and execute joint business and marketing plans.
Strategic Integrations and Alliances:
  1. Leverage Extreme's strategic integrations and alliances to enhance the value proposition for partners and customers.
  2. Collaborate with Extreme's product and technical teams to ensure seamless integration of Extreme solutions with partner technologies.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
  1. Work closely with sales, marketing, product, and partner programs teams to ensure seamless execution of partner strategies.
  2. Align with internal and partner stakeholders to develop joint business plans and execute against shared objectives.
  3. Leverage Extreme Networks’ solutions to drive differentiation and increase partner adoption.
Performance & Metrics:
  1. Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to partner success and revenue impact.
  2. Continuously analyze business trends and market opportunities to optimize partner strategies.
  3. Ensure partners receive ongoing support, enablement, and incentives to drive sustained growth.
Technical Support and Training:
  1. Ensure partners are well-equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to effectively sell and support Extreme products.
  2. Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and webinars to keep partners updated on the latest Extreme solutions and industry trends.
  3. Provide or facilitate expertise in post-sales technical support for partners' Extreme products and networks.
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in partner account management, preferably in the AV, Broadcast, or Surveillance industries.
  3. Proven track record of developing and managing successful partner relationships.
  4. Strong understanding of network solutions and technologies, including AV, Broadcast, and Surveillance systems.
  5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  7. Willingness to travel as needed to meet with partners and attend industry events.
