Job summary

InComm Payments is seeking a Partner Account Manager II to drive growth for our third-party gift card team. You will optimize partner relationships, manage launches, and expand distribution across retail and B2B channels, focusing on revenue maximization and program development.

You will collaborate with internal teams, forecast inventory needs, and shape promotional opportunities while maintaining a high standard of customer service and problem-solving in a fast-moving fintech environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent relationship management skills.
• Proven ability to grow account revenue through product expansion and program implementations.
• Experience analyzing sales reports and identifying trends.
• Proven ability to create and implement strategic plans.
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
• Ability to organize and prioritize workload across multiple accounts and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Developing account relationships and strategic partners.
• Managing initial and ongoing account launches.
• Maximizing opportunities to expand distribution of retail and B2B gift card products.
• Recommending additional account product offerings.
• Engaging accounts in promotional opportunities and maintaining revenue streams.
• Maintain, retain, and grow an owned book of business while supporting business priorities in a fast-paced environment.
