Ai is seeking a Paralegal & Legal Compliance Specialist in Anchorage to support the General Counsel. You will research laws, prepare corporate documents and manage filings for entities in the Ahtna Family. Notary in Alaska is required along with paralegal certification and several years of experience.

The role includes maintaining corporate records, coordinating Service of Process, and ensuring regulatory compliance across jurisdictions. A competitive benefits package is provided.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and paralegal certificate; relevant experience may substitute.
• Five years of experience as a paralegal.
• Five years of experience in legal compliance.
• Notary registration for Alaska.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain corporate books, records, and files for Ahtna entities.
• Coordinate Service of Process and state filings, annual reports, and licenses.
• Form Alaska entities; draft/incorporate documents; file Biennial Reports.
• Monitor annual filings and corporate meetings; prepare resolutions.
• Research law sources and draft legal documents for attorney review.
