• 7+ years of paper mill experience.
• Strong communication, leadership, and budgeting skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily operating strategies to meet financial, operating, quality, service, and safety goals.
• Develops strategies for meeting customer, business and community opportunities.
• Leads implementation and continuous improvement of the Greif Production System.
• Manages site budgets and collaborates with sales, finance, HR, transportation and sourcing.
