Greif, a global leader in performance packaging, seeks a Mill Manager to direct operations at a paper mill, optimizing profit, safety, and customer relationships while ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will lead organizational efforts, oversee budgets, and drive continuous improvement of the Greif Production System across cross-functional teams including sales, finance, HR, and sourcing.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and supervisory abilities.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Detailed knowledge of pulping chemistry and paper physics.
• Basic budgeting and cost-control knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily operating strategies to meet financial and safety goals.
• Develops strategies for customer and community opportunities.
• Leads implementation and continuous improvement of the Greif Production System.
• Monitors performance and adjusts plans to hit targets.
• Manages site budgets to support profitability targets.
