Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking a Pain Territory Account Manager to promote JOURNAVX in acute pain. You will build relationships with 15-20 institutions and select physicians within hospital networks, driving adoption and ensuring safe, effective use.

This role requires 5-7+ years biotech sales, hospital launch experience, and travel up to 80%. Expect competitive pay ($133,600-$200,400) plus annual bonus and equity awards.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years biotech sales experience.
• 3+ years account management leveraging institutional relationships.
• Experience navigating hospital systems and formulary management.
• Proficient with IT/CRMs (Veeva CRM).
• New product launch experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships across hospital systems and staff.
• Educate HCPs on appropriate use of JOURNAVX.
• Navigate formulary processes for timely inclusion on formularies.
• Understand account/market dynamics and stakeholder mapping.
• Implement strategic account plans to identify growth opportunities.
• Drive sales performance and meet forecast and budget expectations.
• Collaborate with Territory Business Managers and internal teams for alignment.
• Model ethics and integrity to support compliance.
