Blacksmith Agency is scaling its marketing division to support a growing portfolio of PPC and SEO clients. As Paid Search Manager, you will own strategy, performance and client-facing leadership across paid search, paid social, SEO and conversion optimization.

This is a hybrid strategic and operational role, joining sales calls to shape strategy, overseeing specialists, building performance roadmaps, and ensuring campaigns deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience leading PPC and SEO strategies for multiple clients.
• Strong ability to align marketing strategy with sales goals.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable outcomes and QA.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy for all PPC and SEO clients across industries.
• Join sales calls to validate scope and pitch recommendations.
• Build growth roadmaps for each client.
• Own client performance across Google Ads, Meta, and organic search.
• Audit campaigns, bidding, landing pages, and CRO opportunities.
• Oversee technical and on-page SEO, link building, and AI SEO.
• Own KPI tracking, attribution, and analytics accuracy.
• Coordinate priorities with the marketing project manager.
• Present monthly/quarterly performance summaries to clients.
