Job summary

Blacksmith Agency in the United States is seeking a Paid Search Manager to own strategy, performance, and client-facing leadership across paid search, paid social, SEO and conversion optimization. This is a hybrid strategic and operational role joining sales calls to shape strategy and guide internal/external specialists.

You will build growth roadmaps, own KPI tracking, and present performance summaries to clients, combining analytical depth with clear communication and execution oversight.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years in PPC, SEO or multi-channel strategy.
• Experience running paid and organic channels concurrently.
• Strong ability to translate data into client-ready recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy for all PPC and SEO clients across industries.
• Join sales calls to validate scope and pitch recommendations.
• Create 90 day, 6 month and annual growth roadmaps.
• Own client performance across Google Ads, Meta, Microsoft and organic search.
• Audit campaigns, keywords, bidding, landing pages and CRO opportunities.
• Oversee technical and on-page SEO, link building and AI-driven content.
• Own KPI tracking, attribution and analytics accuracy.
• Provide weekly direction and coordinate priorities with the marketing project manager.
• Present monthly and quarterly performance summaries to clients.
